Parent Dedication Submission Page

Parents, please write an encouraging, short, and sweet note for your student as they prepare for the next steps in their lives.

We also need a baby picture of you student which will be placed in the 8th grade student section of the yearbook and a picture to be placed in the "Guess Who" section at the end of the yearbook. 

Please email your pictures to jcquilantang@aol.com and make sure that your student has completed their information paragraph.

The student information paragraph and baby picture for the student section are due by Wednesday, February 15, 2012
