KINDERGARTEN NEWS

Bring your library book back.

BOOK IT READING PROGRAM – Keep logging your days of reading. Parents, you are helping your child take responsibility for an assignment by having them complete the log.  Whether you read every night or not isn’t the issue.  It’s bringing the paper back.

God’s Word –The story of Jesus in the temple shows us Jesus’ obedience to His higher calling.

Memory – Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening.  1 Samuel 3:9

Chapel offerings – Our offerings this year are going to the Lutheran Malaria Initiative.

Reading – Keep reviewing any words from worksheets and little books.

Conferences –Today there is a conference time in your child’s folder.  Please contact me if there is a problem.

Math – This week we are talking about measuring.  This can be reinforced by letting your child use your measuring cups and spoons at home.  Maybe make a simple recipe together.

Jan 27 – No school – Conference day

Jan 29 – Our choir sings at 10:00 worship.
